The visa is granted for up to two years, with a possibility of one onshore renewal. However, it does not lead to permanent residency

This stream grants a visa for up to four years, providing a pathway to permanent residency after three years if eligibility criteria are met

The terms of this stream can vary depending on the agreement conditions
